We’re problem solvers. We will answer questions with more questions until we find solutions that are uniquely perfect for your Design Playbook.

Mike Reinhart, Managing Principal

When delivery matters, you want Mike on your team.

Mike is at ease with complexity and has led some of our largest projects and accounts with a vast portfolio of spaces. He will be your managing principal and your direct link to the deep experience of our global corporate interiors practice.

When he is not at work, you will probably find him at a local music venue taking in a show. Music is a passion and, after a long pandemic break, he is ready to see some of his favorite bands once again.

Michelle Osburn, Workplace Strategy Lead

When approach matters, you want Michelle on your team.

Michelle sees design through a business-solution lens, informed by her background as an IT consultant turned workplace strategist. Michelle is committed to solving business challenges with great design and she will be your day-to-day contact on this project.

Outside of the office, she loves to entertain. Whether it is cooking for a crowd or hosting guests in her home, she loves to bring people together and make ordinary days feel special.

Eileen Jones, Branded Environments Principal

When expression matters, you want Eileen on your team.

Eileen Jones uses a research-based design process that identifies and integrates a client’s unique mission, vision, values, and culture into tangible brand expressions, experiences, and environments. She will be your partner to explore options for expressing the brand values of Telus International as well as embracing the brand identity of the clients you serve.

Eileen unwinds in the great outdoors. If you are up for an adventure, follow her into the natural world for a long hike, a relaxing canoe trip, or a week of camping.

Joe Connell, Design Principal

When ideas matter, you want Joe on your team.

Joe is a visionary thought leader in the area of workplace design. He is intensely curious about many things but is a junkie for connection between culture, behavior, and the built environment. He will be your connection to design solutions that are adaptable, practical, and rooted in your vision.

When he’s away from the office you will find him enjoying one of his many solo sport addictions including biking, sailing, or kayaking. These activities leave lots of time for Joe to think about the solutions and more importantly, the questions he’ll be asking next.
